The Dental Group at Central City highly values the health of our patients and staff during COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, we are operating as we always have, with keeping our patients’ health our primary focus. We continue to monitor the information regarding COVID-19, which is rapidly changing and evolving.

We wanted to briefly share with you some of the protocols and procedures we are taking to ensure a safe office environment:

• Reinforcing our already rigorous standards and operating procedures for disinfecting and sterilizing patient treatment areas as required by the British Columbia College of Dentistry.
• Disinfecting common patient and staff waiting areas every 2 hours.
• Availability of hand sanitizer for patients and staff when they enter the office.
• We are instructing all staff and patients to stay home if they are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.
• We strongly encourage patients to reschedule their appointments if they have travelled
  outside of Canada within the last 14 days

Please note, we are following and tracking guidelines from the World Health Organization, Health Canada, Canadian Dental Association, British Columbia College of Dentistry and British Columbia Dental Association.
